Even if she had aspired to study Interior Design, as she got an eye for exquisite interiors, she achieved a Master’s in Law in Italy and subsequently relocated to London to pursue a career in Real Estate.
While Self Employed, collaborating with few different very trusted property firms based in Central London, she had the privilege of collaborating with an impressive range of Clients and organisations.
Her network extends worldwide, and includes a distinguished roster of Finance, Fashion and Media Professionals, UHNWIs and Celebrities who demand nothing but the best.
This journey led her to found Sierralima Properties in September 2022, marking a significant milestone in her career, where she quickly gained invaluable insights and expanded her professional circles. She has become renowned for her business acumen, tough negotiation skills, and proven track record in successfully closing deals for her clients.
Following a successful 10-year career in the luxury fashion sector, where she collaborated with renowned fashion houses like Hermes, Saint Laurent, and Bottega Veneta, she made the decision to pursue her genuine enthusiasm for properties and interior design.
Armed with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Marketing and Promotion from the University of Westminster in London, Jiois seamlessly integrates her extensive knowledge of marketing strategies with her innate talent for customer service—a crucial asset in this industry.
She is now an indispensable member of our team, overseeing the management of our portfolio and ensuring that our clients truly feel like valued assets.
Coming from the enchanting ambience of Paris Megan, in 2023 embarked on a distinguished journey as a Property Consultant in the idyllic countryside of France first, and then decided to move to London.
With a background in Fashion, that includes roles at Prada, Chaumet, and Valentino, and a stint at the renowned Hotel Costes in Paris, she infuses Canadian warmth and French precision into work.
Her experience is luxury retail and hospitality allows her to deliver a distinctive and personalised and top- notch service to Sierralima clients.
Sveva blends a passion for luxury with a global perspective, shaped by years of experience in the world’s most vibrant cities. She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Luxury Management from Polimoda in Florence and Università Cattolica in Milan.
Her career spans top international companies, where she developed a strong foundation in sales, client relations, and brand strategy. With an eye for detail and a love for interior design, Sveva curates seamless, high-end relocation experiences tailored to each client.
Having lived in Madrid, Milan, Istanbul, and Cape Town, she brings a deep cultural understanding to her work—connecting effortlessly with clients from around the world. Now based between Amsterdam and London, and pursuing an Executive MBA at King’s College London, Sveva is dedicated to helping international clients find homes that truly reflect their lifestyle and vision.
